While the vTestify platform provides a stellar in-room experience for legal proceedings, there are several key feature benefits that are accessible once the event has ended that are included in the deposition deliverables. One of our newest features, automatic exhibit carryover, takes the frustration of having to upload exhibits to a case multiple times. Any exhibit that is uploaded to the platform will be available to you during the remainder of the case.
The court reporting firm will also have immediate access to deliverables such as the exhibits and the recorded video. With the click of a checkbox, they can grant access to these deliverables to any attendee. With testimony review, users can take advantage of ScriptSync post deposition to use as a review tool. This feature allows them to playback a segment of a specific user’s audio without any interruption to ensure that they hear a question or an answer uninterrupted by crosstalk or noise.
