Scheduling a deposition on the vTestify platform is fast and simple. To schedule a new setting, start by selecting the ‘New Deposition’ button. You will then enter a name, date, and time for your deposition in the respective fields. Depositions can be linked under a specific case or scheduled independently if you choose to do so. From this page, you will also be able to add additional optional information like the name of the witness and the job number. Lastly, there are additional options at the bottom of the page that allow you to enable a wide variety of features like ScriptSync and RealTime. For further guidance, you can utilize the ‘?’ button on the top right hand side of the page for a more in-depth walkthrough of how to prepare a deposition on the platform.
