WHAT YOUR INFORMATION IS USED FOR
Our services provide a way to meet online using audio, video, screen sharing, and recording capabilities to conduct depositions and other similar evidence gathering. Access to our services may vary. You may be able to use the Service without creating an account, but you will in all cases need to agree to our Terms and Conditions in order to access the service or download any content. In some cases, you may need to create an account to access all of the features of the Service, for use or authentication, or for other purposes. If you create an account, the company may collect certain information that needs to identify you as the legitimate account holder, for example, first name, last name, corporate name, client name, state bar number (or similar information identifying you as a licensed attorney) email address, mobile phone number, or similar information. REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Services offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that the company has charged you in error, you must contact the company within 90 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. The company reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If the company issues a refund or credit, the company is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
